  1. Clean your Dental Aligners prior to each insertion. You can use soft bristles toothbrush and normal toothpaste.

  2. Rinse each aligner thoroughly with water after each cleaning.

  3. DO NOT use Dettol or denture cleaners to clean aligners or soak them in mouthwash. It will damage the surface of the aligner and become dull and more visible.

  4. DO NOT use Hot water.
