Care and Maintenance of Dental Aligners: Clean your Dental Aligners prior to each insertion. You can use soft bristles toothbrush and normal toothpaste. Rinse each aligner thoroughly with water after each cleaning. DO NOT use Dettol or denture cleaners to clean aligners or soak them in mouthwash. It will damage the surface of the aligner and become dull and more visible. DO NOT use Hot water. Proper Oral Hygiene: Remove your aligner for eating and when drinking sugary juices. Brush and floss your teeth after each meal or snack prior to re-inserting your aligners. If you have any questions regarding your hygiene technique, consult with your treating dentist. Regular dental checkups and cleaning are recommended for the health of your teeth. Storing Your Dental Aligners: We recommend that you store aligners in a case provided when not in your mouth. Handle only ONE aligner at a time. Aligner insertion:  Each New Tray may not fit in the front area due to the movement direction incorporated in the aligner. Use the upper for top teeth and the lower for your bottom teeth. You may insert either the upper or lower aligner first. When inserting each aligner, gently push the aligner over your front teeth. Then apply equal pressure, using your fingertips, to the tops of your left and right molars (Back teeth) until the aligner snaps into place DO NOT BITE your aligners into position.
